Different scooter markets come with very different riding styles and performance expectations. From kids’ scooters and commuter scooters to electric and stunt scooters, different products require different wheel sizes, structures, hardness options, and visual styles. To match these different application needs, we provide flexible OEM and ODM customization covering wheel size, wheel core structure, hardness formulation, rebound level, and visual effects. This allows brands to develop scooter wheels that better match their target market, product positioning, and riding experience expectations.

Softer hardness options such as 75A–80A provide quieter rolling, better shock absorption, and stronger grip. Higher hardness options such as 90A–95A are more suitable for lower rolling resistance, better speed maintenance, and higher wear resistance.

Our quality control process includes abrasion testing, aging tests, and dynamic load testing before shipment. The materials used also comply with international environmental standards, helping ensure more consistent quality from batch to batch.
