Pilates Reformer & Gym Equipment Replacement Wheels
Pilates equipment wheels are specially developed for reformers, core training equipment, rehabilitation systems, and other fitness machines that rely on repeated sliding and rolling movement during use. Instead of focusing only on basic rolling performance, we design these wheels around long-term training conditions where stability, quieter movement, rebound recovery, and continuous load support all matter.
To improve long-term reliability, the wheel core and PU outer layer use a more stable bonding structure that helps reduce debonding between the PU tread and wheel core during repeated movement, uneven loading, and frequent start-stop motion. The PU formula and curing process have also been optimized to reduce compression deformation caused by prolonged loading or transportation pressure, allowing the wheel to recover its shape more quickly after unloading and maintain a smoother rolling feel during use.

Our quality control process includes abrasion testing, aging tests, and dynamic load testing before shipment. The materials used also comply with international environmental standards, helping ensure more consistent quality from batch to batch.
