ZHONG LIANG uses high-performance polyurethane materials that can be customized according to different application needs, including hardness, color, transparency, and wear-resistant formulations. Wheel core materials can also be selected based on product structure, load requirements, and usage conditions, including aluminum alloy, steel, plastic, and other material options.

Hardness range

Hardness range: 80A–55D
Different hardness options are available depending on the application environment and load requirements.

  • 80A: Commonly used for skateboards, toy wheels, and other lighter-load applications
  • 90A: Suitable for industrial equipment, medical equipment, and medium-load applications
  • 95A–55D: Designed for higher load-bearing and more demanding operating conditions
Load capacity

The load capacity of each PU wheel varies depending on wheel size, structure, and hardness configuration, with available load ranges typically between 30kg and 300kg.

  • 30kg–150kg: Suitable for household products, light equipment, and recreational applications
  • 150kg–300kg: Suitable for industrial equipment, logistics systems, and medical mobility equipment
